Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Duffel, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityQuest, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
You already have the restaurant and the hour booked; what is usually missing is the part before the table is laid. That is what this puzzle tour fills in. Your colleagues split into teams and set off through Duffel with the app guiding every step — along a fixed route that leads past Kasteel Wouwendonk and Sint-Martinuskerk, setting riddles, codes and photo challenges as it goes. No one has to find their own way; the route is already set, only the pace is yours.
Choose between formats such as Xmas Adventure, Escape Game, Murder Mystery Tour or Treasure Hunt — each a different way of playing through Duffel, but all run on the same app, with a team chat for banter, a shared photo gallery, and a live leaderboard so the teams can see exactly how they're measuring up to one another. The walking totals around four kilometres and the whole thing runs for roughly three hours, finishing with enough time to stroll straight on to dinner — the teams are out in the centre of Duffel already, close to wherever the table is booked.
Pricing starts from $ 16.99 per person plus VAT. You fix the date and time when you book, right up until two days beforehand, and settle the invoice, credit card or PayPal — always with a proper VAT invoice. The venue and the menu stay yours to choose; the programme that gets everyone talking before the first course is ours.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityQuest scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Duffel with the myCityQuest app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Duffel, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityQuest. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Duffel before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityQuest guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Duffel is priced from $ 16.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Duffel, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
