Front and centre is the Xmas Adventure, our tour for the festive season. You can book any of these tours as a team building event.
In teams, you puzzle your way through Graulhet, collect points, and afterwards celebrate the team with the most points over dinner. The programme comes from myCityQuest, you choose the venue and menu yourselves.
A Christmas party in Graulhet works best when you split the evening into two halves that actually belong together: the part where people stop checking their phones for work messages and start laughing in a team chat instead, and the part where everyone sits down to eat. We look after the first half. You look after the second. The venue and the menu stay entirely yours to choose, which also means you can book a room you already know and trust, or let the restaurant scene around the Building of the Savings Bank of Graulhet decide for you — either way, the walk from the last riddle to the first course is a short one, because the whole programme plays out in the centre of Graulhet.
The programme itself is a puzzle tour, run through our app rather than a printed pack or a guide with a clipboard. Teams set off on foot, roughly four kilometres and about three hours, with the app leading them station by station along a fixed route through Graulhet. It sets riddles, codes and photo challenges, collects the answers, and keeps score automatically. A shared team chat lets everyone needle each other across teams, a live leaderboard shows who's winning, and all the photos land in one gallery everybody can scroll through later over drinks. Nobody needs anything beyond a charged phone. Depending on what sort of evening you want, we offer this as a Xmas Adventure, an Escape Game, a Murder Mystery Tour or a Treasure Hunt — all built the same way, just with a different flavour of mischief.
Pricing starts from $ 16.99 per person plus VAT, and you choose the date and time yourselves when booking, right up to two days beforehand. Payment works by invoice, credit card or PayPal, and you'll always get a proper VAT invoice for the books.
Our customers come from a wide variety of sectors. Whether industry, retail, government or services: myCityQuest scavenger hunts are an excellent teambuilding event for your company outing, department party or team event - and that at 6,467 locations around the world.
How about a puzzle tour through Graulhet with the myCityQuest app as the program before dinner? Your team heads out in small groups, solves challenges at landmarks across the city, and competes team against team for the top spot on the live leaderboard. Several themes are available, and the tour ends in time for the meal.
The tour comes before the meal: about three hours outdoors in Graulhet, and everyone is back in time for dinner. You book the restaurant, and the program before it comes from myCityQuest. For the organizer, that leaves little more to do than picking the date and putting the teams together.
A Christmas party that starts out in the city instead of at the table: your company splits into teams and heads through Graulhet before the meal, collecting points against the other teams. If a team gets stuck, a myCityQuest guide is just a chat message away. The date is yours to pick, even at short notice in December, and venue and menu stay entirely your decision.
The tour through Graulhet is priced from $ 16.99 per person, and you receive an invoice for the booking. Food and drinks afterward are planned by you, so the budget for the evening stays in your hands.
Yes, in a single booking, split into teams that all start together. The price per person stays the same regardless of group size. Mixing departments when forming the teams works well and gets colleagues talking who otherwise rarely cross paths.
You choose the date and the time. The booking is valid for any day you like, in December just like the rest of the year, and the tour starts once the whole team has arrived. Short-notice bookings work too.
Around three hours. That makes it the first half of the evening: the tour first, then dinner with plenty to talk about.
The tour takes place outdoors in Graulhet, and you can pause it at any point. If the rain gets heavy or the snow piles up, warm up somewhere dry and pick up right where you left off. Warm jackets and sturdy shoes are part of a Christmas party in December.
